Luxury Marine Operations Manager
Part Time / Full Time
Harrington Marine Services is looking for a part-time or full-time Marine Operations professional to support our luxury marine service division in Rhode Island.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in marine or yacht services who is also comfortable with invoicing, payroll support, job costing, scheduling, and day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with the Captain and crew to keep projects, paperwork, and communication running smoothly—especially during the busy season.
Great fit for someone who is:
Organized, detail-driven, and dependable
Experienced with QuickBooks or similar systems
Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced marine environment
Looking for a trusted leadership role without corporate red tape
Schedule: Flexible PT or FT, weekdays with some summer weekends
Location: Rhode Island marina-based operation
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

Mobile Marine Technician
Full Time
Harrington Marine Services is looking for a part-time or full-time Mobile Marine Technician to join our growing luxury marine service team, supporting vessels across marinas throughout Rhode Island and Southern New England.
This role is ideal for an experienced, hands-on technician who is confident diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vessel systems. You’ll work independently and alongside our crew to deliver dependable, high-quality service to both recreational and luxury yacht clients—especially during the busy season.
Great fit for someone who is:
Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing marine mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Experienced with gas and diesel engines, generators, and seasonal commissioning and winterization
Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, marina-based environment
Professional, customer-focused, and takes pride in their work
Schedule: Flexible FT, weekdays with some summer weekends
Location: Rhode Island marina-based operations
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
